DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2002--Jess Thornhill Enterprises has leased 2,014 square feet of retail space in the Idlewild Shopping Center.  Located at 3215 W. Pleasant Run Road, the space will become a game room and restaurant.  Mark Hajdu, senior vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division, and Dan Shoevlin, executive vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division, represented both the tenant and the landlord.
