Demoteller Systems, Inc. Purchases Office/Warehouse Building

DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2002--Demoteller Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of hardware and software used for ATM pin number selection, has purchased a 15,000 square foot office/warehouse building on approximately 1.5 acres of land.  The property was purchased from R&T Sales Co. and is located at 1212 Royal Parkway.  The purchase was made due to the company’s decision to expand capabilities to include credit/ATM card production.  Brett Owens, an associate broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the seller.
