Scott Gardens Apartment Complex Sells

DALLAS, TX - May 30, 2002--A local investor group has purchased the Scott Gardens Apartments, a 24-unit complex, at 1550 E. Miller Road.  Robert Stone, CCIM, senior vice president of the Multi-Family Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the buyer. Mark Porterfield, with the Robinson Management Group, represented the seller, Austin R&W, Inc.
