Jay Hartsell Buys Acreage in Kaufman County

DALLAS, TX - May 21, 2002--Jay Hartsell has purchased 363 acres at the intersection of Interstate 20 and F.M. 2965, near Wills Point in Kaufman County. The land will be used for future development. Ray Utley, executive vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Land/Farm and Ranch Division, represented the seller, S.O.Q. Ltd., a Texas limited partnership.
