Acreage on Denton Loop Sells

DALLAS, TX - May 14, 2002--Hunt Properties bought 5.5 acres of land from John Karvouniari. The land, which is located at the corner of Spencer Road and Loop 288, will be developed into pad sites or a retail strip.Paul Harmon and Ray Utley, brokers with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the seller in the deal.
