Car Toys, Inc. Leases 6,000 sf in Denton

DALLAS, TX - May 14, 2002--Car Toys Inc. has leased 6,000 square feet in the Great Lakes Shopping Center on Loop 288 in Denton. In less than 16 years, Car Toys Inc. of Seattle has grown from a single store with three employees to the largest car-audio chain in the Pacific Northwest with expansion efforts reaching to other parts of the country. This will be their first location in Denton, after having debuted in the Dallas-Fort Worth area last year. Mark Hajdu, senior vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division, represented Great Lakes Shopping Center L.P.  Greg Bracci, broker with Staubach Co., represented Car Toys Inc.
