Grand Prairie Property Sales

DALLAS, TX - May 2,  2002--Shahriar Kasrai bought two buildings totaling 41,448 square feet on 6.5 acres of land from Industrial Catering, Inc.The two buildings, which are 14,376 and 27,072 square feet, will be used for auto parts warehousing and sales. Dan Spika, senior vice president of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Industrial Division, represented the seller in the deal. C. Garza with United Dallas Services represented the buyer.
