Centex Buys Wylie Acreage

DALLAS, TX - May 2,  2002--Centex bought 43.1 acres from Wylie 78 Joint Venture.  The property, which is located along Highway 78, will be developed for single-family usage. Ray Utley, executive vice president and division head of the Henry S. Miller Commercial Land Division, represented the seller in the deal.
