Sun Floral Leases 3,000 Square Feet

DALLAS, TX - April 22,  2002--Sun Floral, Inc. leased 3,000 square feet from Vantage Companies. The property, which is located at 1256 Security Drive, will be used for the distribution of flowers.  Dan Spika, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Sun Floral, Inc. in the deal. Len Murray represented the Vantage Companies.
