Houston Company Leases 3,849 Square Feet in Dallas

DALLAS, TX - April 19,  2002--Houston-based Texas Calibration leased 3,849 square feet in Dallas from Weingarten Realty, also a Houston company. The property, which is located at 2636 Walnut Hill Lane, will be used for manufacturing.  Jeff Ablard and Jerry Averyt, brokers with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal.
