Motorcycle Company Leases Carrollton Property

DALLAS, TX - April 11,  2002--Wheelies Investment and Development Corporation leased 22,284 square feet for the sale and service of motorcycles.The property, located at 1301 W. Beltline Road, is owned by Aquiport DFW and REEF Funds.  Michelle Hudson and Dan Spika, senior vice presidents in the Henry S. Miller Commercial Industrial Division, represented the landlord in the deal.
