A & D Supply Company Leases Lewisville Property

DALLAS, TX - April 11,  2002--A & D Supply Company leased 21,500 square feet in Lewisville for the distribution of drywall and acoustical products.The property, owned by Colt Joint Venture, is located at 699 E. Highway 121. A & D Supply Company is based in Oklahoma City.  Dan Spika, senior vice president in the Henry S. Miller Commercial Industrial Division, represented both the tenant and landlord in the deal.
