Ecolab Leases 36,874 Square Feet in Garland

DALLAS, TX - April 10,  2002--Ecolab leased 36,874 square feet of warehouse space in Garland.The property, which is owned by RREEF, is located at 2755 Miller Park North.  David Teeter, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Anthony James represented RREEF.
