Henry S. Miller Multi-Management Lands Three Deals in March

DALLASSara S. Baker CPM, executive vice president of Henry S. Miller Multi Management Inc., AMO®, announced today that the company has inked contracts to manage three new properties.  Henry S. Miller Multi Management Inc., AMO® assumed management of the Parkview Legends, a 208-unit apartment complex in McKinney, on March 3, and the Legends on the Lake, a 224-unit apartment complex in Rockwall, on March 8, says Baker.   “Both of the apartment complexes are Class A properties,” she said.  “The interesting thing about the Legends on the Lake is that it is the last apartment complex to receive approval to be built in Rockwall -- there will be no more.”  The company also assumed management responsibilities for the McCreless Shopping Center, a 32,000 square foot retail center in San Antonio, on March 1, thus launching their reentry into the San Antonio marketplace.  Sam Kartalis, the chief executive officer of Henry S.
