Greg Trout Named President of Henry S. Miller Commercial's Office/Industrial Group

DALLAS, TX -  March 14, 2002--Sam G. Kartalis, president and chief operating officer of Henry S. Miller Commercial, announced today that Greg Trout has been named president of the Office/Industrial Division and the Great Southwest Division.  Trout, formerly executive vice president of the industrial/office division, has recorded several recent successes in recruiting senior level brokers to Henry S. Miller Commercial as he expands the company's commercial brokerage operation into the leadership position in Texas.  "The Office/Industrial Division has grown significantly under Greg Trout's leadership," said Kartalis. "We are consistently ranked at the top of commercial real estate services firms in the state."  Trout, who launched his real estate career with the Miller company in 1983, assumed the title of manager of the Industrial Division for Henry S. Miller/Grubb & Ellis in 1989. In 1997, Trout became the Division Head of Henry S.
