Thai Dieu Truons Leases Property on Beltline Road

DALLAS, TX - February 13, 2002--Thai Dieu Truons leased 1,300 square feet from 1225 Beltline Partners, Ltd.  The space, located at 1225 Beltline Road, will be used for a Chinese food restaurant.  Collin Berg and Peter Kosley, brokers with Henry S. Miller Commercial, negotiated the deal for the owner.
