Dallas Cowboys Apparel, Inc. Buys Office and Warehouse Space

DALLAS, TX - January 31, 2002--Dallas Cowboys Apparel, Ltd. bought a 44,105 square foot building from SMC Properties.The facility, located at 4251 W. John Carpenter Freeway, will be used for a merchandising office and warehouse.  Dan Spika, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Dallas Cowboys Apparel, Inc. in the deal. Steve Berger with CB Richard Ellis worked with SMC Properties.
