Space Leased for Law Office in Cedar Maple Plaza

DALLAS, TX - January 30, 2002--Diana S. Friedman, P.C. leased 2,879 square feet in Cedar Maple Plaza from Carramerica Realty, L.P.  The space, located at 2311 Cedar Springs Road, will be used as a law office.  Tim Feagans, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Jay Bailey with Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord.
