R.P. Brooks Financial, Inc. Leases Space in Providence Towers

DALLAS, TX - January 29, 2002--R.P. Brooks Financial, Inc. leased 2,227 square feet in Providence Towers. The space, located at 5001 Spring Valley Road, has been leased for office use.  Janice Peters, CCIM, with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the tenant in the deal. Kim Butler represented Providence Towers.
