DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2002--NPRC Inc. leased 11,788 square feet in Carrollton located at 3220 Commander, Suite 100. NPRC, Inc. will use the property for assembly and distribution of circuit boards.  Matt Talley and Dan Arnold, brokers with Henry S. Miller, represented the tenant in the deal. Nathan Denton and Jim Turano, also brokers with Henry S. Miller, represented the landlord.
