Lincoln Property Company Buys Carrollton Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - January 17, 2002--Lincoln Property Company bought a 129,600 square feet warehouse in Carrolton from Osram Sylvania.  The warehouse, located at 2040 McKenzie St. in Carrolton, will be used for distribution.  David Teeter, a broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Osram Sylvania in the deal. Tom Clark with Grubb and Ellis represented Lincoln Property Company.
