Martial Arts Academy Leases Space in University Village

DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Benbrooke University Partners, Ltd. leased 2,371 square feet of space in its University Village shopping center to Sunset Martial Arts Academy.  Located at 2317 W. University Drive, the property will be used for a martial arts studio.  Gordon Campbell, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented both the tenant and landlord in the deal.
