DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Service One, LLC. leased 975 square feet at 3575 N. Beltline Road in Irving from Towne North S/C Partners, Ltd.  Located on the south west corner of Beltline and Northgate roads, the property will be used for a Mail Boxes, Etc. store.  Dan Shoevlin and Tara Harper, brokers with Henry S. Miller, represented both the landlord and tenant in the deal.
