Industrial Catering, Inc. Sells Grand Prairie Warehouse

DALLAS, TX - January 10, 2002--Industrial Catering, Inc. sold a 31,500 square feet warehouse to Double E Investments. The warehouse, located at 3501 E. Jefferson in Grand Prairie, will be used for auto parts distribution. Dan Spika, broker with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Industrial Catering, Inc. in the deal.
