Mayco Sales Takes Office/Warehouse Space in Newkirk Business Center

DALLAS, TX - October 25, 2001--Mayco Sales has leased 6,383 square feet of general office and warehouse space in the Newkirk Business Center at 10625 Newkirk, Suite 800, in Dallas, Texas.  The company has already moved in and is using the space for the distribution of plumbing supplies.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Jason Miller of Property Advisers Realty represented the landlord, Madison Decker, Ltd., in the transaction.
