Henry Evans Buys 11,000 sf Office and Warehouse Facility

DALLAS, TX - October 19, 2001--Henry Evans has purchased an 11,000 square foot office/warehouse facility from Gloria Sherman at 2270 Manana in Dallas, Texas.  The building will be used for his company, Advantage Printing Specialists, which is based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Henry Evans, and Art Brooks with Brooks Real Estate represented the seller.
