D.R. Horton Purchases Additional Lots At Reatta Ridge

DALLAS, TX - September 20, 2001--D.R. Horton – Texas Ltd. has purchased an additional two single-family lots in Phase One of the Reatta Ridge Subdivision at FM 156 and John Wiley Road in Justin, Texas.  D.R. Horton will be building in the subdivision along with Coleman Homes and has already purchased nine other lots.  Max Lindsay and Tim Black, vice presidents in Henry S. Miller Commercial’s Land Division, represented the buyer and Synergy Brokerage represented the seller, Reatta Ridge, Ltd.
