DALLAS, TX - September 13, 2001--Mailing Service Company has renewed their lease of 9,600 square feet at the Mercantile-Quaker building located at 1108 Quaker in Dallas, Texas.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM of Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the landlord, Mercantile-Quaker, LLC, and Charles Kidd with The Charles Kidd Company represented the tenant in the transaction.
