Partners Purchase 12.984 Acres for Multi-Family Development

DALLAS, TX – August 22, 2001--The Fairfield Bear Creek Limited Partnership has purchased 12.984 acres from the Buchanan Partners in the Bear Creek area of Euless, Texas.  The land will be used for the future development of multi-family homes.  Chris Colombe and John St. Clair, with Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the buyer and Bud Hudgins, with Great Spirit Realty, represented the seller.
