J. Patrick Spruiell Buys 281 Acre Ranch 

DALLAS,TX - August 6, 2001--J. Patrick Spruiell has purchased a 281 acre ranch from Evelyn Marie Berry Mebane, located near Rising Star on the south side of 
Highway 36 in Eastland County, Texas.  Ray Utley and Blake Hortenstine with Henry S. Miller Commercial negotiated the deal. Henry S.
