Staples, Inc. has subleased 72,000 SF of Distribution Space

DALLAS, TX – July 27, 2001--Staples, Inc. has subleased 72,000 square feet of distribution space from CM& Elkins Wire at 2350 Alberta Drive in Dallas, Texas.  Dan Spika and David Teeter with Henry S. Miller represented CM& Elkins and David Ginther with the Fischer Company represented Staples, Inc. The project is known as Dallas Corporate Center Building No. 7 and is owned by Prologis Trust.
