Party King Moves Headquarters to Dallas

DALLAS, TX - June 25, 2001--Party King Beverage & Coda Supply & Services, Inc. signed a five-year lease for 8,876 square feet of office/warehouse space at 5145 Norwood Rd., Suite B in Dallas, TX.  The company, a beverage supply company formerly based in Ft. Worth, moved in on June 1, making the space their new Dallas headquarters.  Nathan Denton of Henry S. Miller represented the tenant and David Easterling and Matt Smith of C.B. Richard Ellis represented Paul A. Willsie Co., the landlord.
