New Generation Mechanical Subleases Space for New Venture

DALLAS, TX - June 25, 2001--New Generation Mechanical, a company specializing in tenant improvement construction, has subleased 2,753 square feet from Spider Parts, Inc., located at 2165 W. Northwest Highway, Ste. 311 in Dallas, Texas.  The company has already moved into its new headquarters.  Rhonda Rittenhouse of Henry S. Miller represented the subtenant and Dan Spika and Nathan Denton, also of Henry S. Miller, represented Spider Parts, Inc.
