Limited Partnership Buys 14.7 Acres for Multi-Family Project

DALLAS, TX - June 25, 2001--Fairfield Bear Creek LLC purchased Villages of Bear Creek, 14.7 acres, for a future multi-family development.  The land is located on the east side of Bear Creek Parkway, South of Ash Lane in Euless, Texas.  Chris Colombe and John St. Clair of Henry S. Miller represented the seller, Bear Creek Associates IV, in the transaction.
