Reclaimed Textiles Leases 48,100 sf for Headquarters

DALLAS, TX - June 18, 2001--Reclaimed Textiles, a company that recycles clothing, has leased 48,100 square feet of office/industrial space at 119 Regal Row, Ste. C, in Dallas, Texas.  The space will be the company's corporate headquarters and main distribution facility, and should be ready for a mid-July move in.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM and Linda Ward of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the landlord, TMT Realty, in the transaction.  Kacy Jones and Tom Smolik of TIG Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
