DALLAS, TX - June 18, 2001--Jay Jones has purchased a retail/industrial building on 1.39 acres of land at 3417 W. Kingsley Road in Dallas, Texas from Patrick Murphy.  Eric Deuillet, of Henry S. Miller, represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
