Limited Partnership Buys 14.7 Acres for Multi-Family Project

DALLAS, TX - May 29, 2001--Denton Plaza Partners, LLC purchased 11.5 acres of commercial property located at Loop 288 and Karina in Denton, Texas.  The property will be used to develop an 80,000 square foot office facility for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  John St. Clair and Paul Harmon, Sr. Vice Presidents at Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented the seller, a private investor.  Matthew Coit, with the Staubach Company, represented Denton Plaza Partners, LLC.
