DALLAS, TX - May 28, 2001--Enanu Eliqu purchase 37,391 square feet of commercial property at 7023 Greenville Avenue.  The land, purchased as an investment, currently contains a 2,600 square foot office building.  Darrell Hurmis, Senior Vice President of Investments at Henry S.
