DALLAS, TX - May 21, 2001--TimeVision, Inc. subleased 1,929 square feet of office space to Strategic Healthcare, Inc. at 1303 Walnut Hill in Irving, Texas.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM, Senior Vice President of Office Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller  Commercial, represented the TimeVision, Inc.  Elton Harwell, also a Senior Vice President with Henry S. Miller, represented Strategic Healthcare, Inc.
