Oceanic Systems Leases 99,750 Square Feet in Garland

DALLAS, TX - May 21, 2001--Oceanic Systems has leased 99,750 square feet of industrial space at 11839 Shiloh Rd. in Garland, Texas at which they will manufacture their line of aquariums.  Darrell Hurmis, a Sr. Vice President at Henry S. Miller Commercial, represented Oceanic Systems in the transaction with the landlord, RREEF.
