Tom Ford Named as Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial Co.

HOUSTON , TX – May 10, 2001--Henry S. Miller Commercial Co. announced the promotion of Thomas L. Ford to Senior Vice President.  A top producer for the Dallas-based company, ford has 24-years of experience representing tenants in lease and purchase negotiations.

His distinguishing accomplishments include the completion of a 170,000 square foot lease for the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, which involved a lead tenant lease transaction in their corporate and clinic headquarters building, Houston ’s St. Luke’s Tower, and the sale of the 275,000 square foot 2000 West Loop building.

Ford’s professional expertise and extensive affiliations in the industry prompted his promotion, announced by Robert C.
