DALLAS, TX - April 17, 2001--On The Go, a cellular phone store out of Phoenix , AZ , has leased 2,393 sq. ft. of retail space from RPI LBJ Oates located at 1900 Oates Dr. in Mesquite .  Dan Shoevlin, E.
