DYAD International, Inc. Renews Lease for 10,000 sf of General Office Space from Bank of America

DALLAS, TX - April 16, 2001--DYAD International, Inc. has renewed its lease of 10,000 sq. ft. of general office space from the trust of Ralph P. Jones through Bank of America.  The space is located at 1544 Slocum St.  Elton Harwell, S. V. P. Office/Industrial Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant and Robert Lynn of Robert Lynn Company represented the landlord.
