Burnina International, LLC Leases 3,931 sf of Office and Warehouse Space from Weingarten Realty

DALLAS, TX - April 11, 2001--Burnina International, LLC has leased 3,931 sq. ft. of office/warehouse space from Weingarten Realty located at 2101 Midway Road .  The space will be used for general offices and distribution of textiles.  Michelle Hudson, CCIM of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented the tenant in the transaction.  Jeff Thorton of Insignia represented the landlord.
