DALLAS, TX - April 3, 2001--JEH/Eagle Supply has leased 63,000 sq. ft. of office showroom/warehouse space on 61.8 acres of land from Blue Star Denton L.P.  The property is located at 521 Acme Street in Denton .  Dan Spika, S. V. P. of Henry S. Miller Office/Industrial Division negotiated the transaction.
