Nortex Hotels, Inc. Purchases 4.086 Acres of Land from United Rentals (North America)

DALLAS, TX - April 2, 2001--Nortex Hotels, Inc. of Sherman , Texas has purchased 4.086 acres of land from United Rentals ( North America ) of Greenwich , Connecticut located at NEQ. US 75/FM 1417 in Sherman .  The land will be used for development of a hotel.  John St. Clair, V. P. Land Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented United Rentals.
