DALLAS, TX - April 2, 2001--Duncan/Day Advertising of Dallas, an advertising agency, has leased 2,453 sq. ft. of general office space at Montfort Park Office Building from Trinity Interests, Inc.   Elton Harwell, S. V. P. Office Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial represented Duncan/Day Advertising and Bob Byrd of Trinity Interests, Inc. represented his company.
