Belfor USA Subleases 15,000 sf of Office Warehouse Space from AST Research, Inc. dba Ari-Service

DALLAS, TX - April 2, 2001--Belfor USA has subleased 15,000 sq. ft. of office warehouse space from AST Research, Inc. dba ARI –Service at 1001 NE Loop 820, Building 5.  The space will be used for storing office furniture, equipment cleaning and refurbishing of furniture.  Al Shannon, S. V. P of Henry S. Miller Commercial Office/Industrial Division represented the tenant and Walter Sosnowski of KC Consulting represented the landlord.
