MedCare Now Leases 5,500 sf of Retail Space From Pepper Square

DALLAS, TX – March 6, 2001--Medcare Now, based in Coppell, has leased 5,500 sq. ft. of retail space from Henry S. Miller Pepper Square Partners, Ltd. at the northeast corner of Preston Road and Alexis Dr. in Dallas. The property will be used as a medical care and physical therapy center.  Vaughn Miller, President of the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial and Dan Shoevlin, Executive Vice President of the Retail Division of Henry S. Miller Commercial transacted the deal for both Medcare Now and Henry S. Miller Pepper Square Partners, Ltd.
