Kashish Corporation Purchases 8.5 Acres from Plano ARS, LP

DALLAS, TX – March 6, 2001--Kashish Corporation has purchased approximately 8.5 acres at the southwest corner of Cockrell Hill and Highway 67. Future plans for the property will be as a gas station/convenience store and future retail development.  Mark Hajdu, Senior Vice President of Henry S. Miller Commercial Retail Division handled the transaction for both parties.
